I have exercised here and there in the area for the last 15 years and this program is far and away the best of all. It is comprehensive, well thought-out, engaging and effective. As if that were not enough, it is also a place where we all smile, laugh, and are nurtured and motivated by our dynamic instructor, Tanya.
Our 30 Minutes of Everything® program is based on movement progression. Over the course of the program, it gets more challenging as you get more fit. You are progressed through functional movement patterns based on your current fitness level. While it is a group class, every one moves at their own pace – always.
How hard is the program? It’s as hard as you want it to be! It is challenging, but the intensity is adjustable to how you’re feeling that day. Options are provided when demonstrating the movements so you can choose which is right for you.
How Do I Sign Up?
Signing up online is super easy! Check the Schedule page to see our current class schedule. Then take the following steps:
- Log into wellnessliving.com and create an account.
- Choose the “30MoE Program” to sign up for a Zoom group class.
- Use the arrow key to find a date that you want.
- Choose your day and time then click “next.”
- Follow steps to pay online. Each class is $15.00
- Complete your two registration forms online.
- Save the confirmation email. That includes the Zoom link to the class. When you log into Zoom, the workout will be on the Whiteboard. Grab any equipment that you might need and bring them into your workout area. We will begin with a demo of the workout promptly 5 minutes before class starts. We start on time, every time.

Program Flexibility!
You have complete flexibility in which days and times you’d like to come to class as long as you sign up for the class ahead of time. You can schedule a class easily from the Wellness Living Achieve app and cancel a scheduled class with no penalty as long as you cancel more than one hour before the class starts.
The beauty of the program is that everyone works at their own pace, honoring their own fitness level. It’s YOUR fitness program and every workout is about YOU.

What do I need?
I am a lifelong runner. I started Tanya’s class three years ago to stay strong. My race times have consistently improved at an age where I thought I would need to get comfortable with getting slower. As Tanya said to me recently, she would love to help me stay strong for the rest of my life. Sounds like a plan to me!
