Chloe Annetts
Accord, NY 30MoE Pop-Up Coach
IIN Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, ACE Personal Trainer
Exercise has always been a big part of Chloe’s life. She loves running and participating in various local races, and has been a practitioner of the 30MoE program for many years. Movement and exercise are essential to maintaining her physical and mental health, and she is passionate about sharing this gift with others.
In 2020, after years of struggle with eating and body image, she found a path that brought peace and resolution of this lifetime issue. It soon became clear where her passion lied, and she enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching course and became certified in 2023. She now helps others to find peace with food and with their bodies through her health coaching business, Real Forking Change. Since movement is essential to optimal health, adding the American Council on Exercise Personal Training certification made sense. And collaborating with Tanya to coach in-person 30MoE in Accord, NY is a dream come true!
Since I’ve been part of 30 Minutes of Everything, my lower back has never been better. I’m a pretty athletic person and when my back was bad I missed running. Since I’ve been in this class, I can run four miles twice a week! These classes that have made my whole body so much stronger! Thank you so much Tanya for all you do!
