If you’re interested in trying out a class before you commit to the 8-weeks, we offer a DROP-IN class on Saturdays at 9:00am, 9:45am and 10:30am. ($10). Just bring a clean pair of sneakers with you to change into inside the studio.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING CLASS

Also on Saturdays, Coach Guy Finkbeiner offers a TRX Suspension Training class from 11:15am – 12pm. The cost is $15/class and requires online sign-up.  Click HERE to sign up online!

COST for the 8 week PROGRAM

  • 1 day/week for 8 weeks = $64
  • 2 days/week for 8 weeks = $128
  • 3 days/week for 8 weeks = $192
  • 4 days/week for 8 weeks = $256
  • 5 days/week for 8 weeks = $320
  • 6 days/week for 8 weeks = $384
