This is an exercise you will see REGULARLY in any of my classes. The infamous BURPEE is an amazing whole-body exercise! This is why we do it so often! At first you may think it’s pointless, but if you really think about it – you are using every muscle in your body to get down on the floor in a controlled manner then get back up again.  Done properly, it’s not so easy.
There are many variations to the burpee, but this video will demonstrate a basic burpee.  You can modify it to be done on the wall (beginner) or add a tuck jump and roll back (advanced) for more challenging options. You can make a burpee really fun!! Please watch the video, repeatedly.  🙂 The video will give you step-by-step instructions on how to properly complete a burpee.
